First, we would like to sincerely thank you for your patience during this challenging and uncertain time. The health, safety and well-being of our clients and staff are most important to us.

Appointments

Appointments are recommended.  Walk-ins and Call-ins will be accommodated if possible.  

 

Please do not come to the salon if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms; fever, dry cough, sore throat or shortness of breath.  Please call us to reschedule your appointment.

  

Upon Arrival to the Salon

When you arrive for your appointment, we ask you to kindly wait in your car or practice social distancing outside.  Please text your first and last name to your stylist to alert them that you have arrived.  You will receive a text response when we are ready for you to come in for your service. (If you do not have a cell phone, please knock on the front door to check in with your stylist. You will not be allowed in until your stylist is ready for you.)

Only the person receiving the service will be allowed in the salon unless they require a caretaker.

There will be a table at the front door with hand sanitizer.  Please use the hand sanitizer before entering the salon. We may also check your temperature.

PPE and Social Distancing

Millennium Salon & Company, Inc. is doing everything we can to protect our clients and our staff to help stop the spread of COVID-19. To this extent, we will be following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and our local health department guidelines with regard to social distancing practices, face mask requirements and sanitation in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

We will also be requiring this same procedure for client-to-client contact.

Sanitation and Disinfection

All tools, accessories, stations and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client. Staff will follow proper hand washing protocols between each client. There will also be hand sanitizer available throughout the salon for your use.  We recommend that you use hand sanitizer or wash your hands upon your entry to the salon.

*** By filling out the waiver form below and submitting, you agree to comply with the written instructions above and agree that you are at the salon at your own risk, releasing Millennium Salon & Company, Inc. from any liability relating to COVID-19. Failure to comply with these written or verbal instructions from our staff may result in your removal from the salon.
