To receive an appointment you must sign and submit the Waiver below.   

To our Awesome and Loyal Clients of Millennium Salon,

First, we would like to sincerely thank you for your patience during this challenging and uncertain time. The health, safety and well-being of our clients and staff are most important to us.


We understand that you are all eager to reschedule.  We have had to cancel many appointments over the past few months.  An appointment is required, there will absolutely be no walk-ins at this time.  We will personally call or text each client whose appointment was cancelled to get them rescheduled.  To be fair to everyone, clients will be notified in order of original appointments. Again, we appreciate your patience as we try to accommodate everyone back into the schedule.  


Please do not come to the salon if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms; fever, dry cough, sore throat or shortness of breath.  Please call us to reschedule your appointment.


Upon Arrival to the Salon

When you arrive for your appointment, we ask you to kindly wait in your car or practice social distancing outside.  Please text your first and last name to your stylist to alert them that you have arrived.  You will receive a text response when we are ready for you to come in for your service. (If you do not have a cell phone, please knock on the front door to check in with your stylist. You will not be allowed in until your stylist is ready for you.)

Only the person receiving the service will be allowed in the salon unless they require a caretaker.  We will be limiting the number of people into the salon to 10.

There will be a table at the front door with hand sanitizer.  Please use the hand sanitizer before entering the salon. We may also check your temperature. 

Required PPE and Social Distancing

Face masks are required at all times while in the salon. Please try to wear a face mask that loops behind the ears.  Staff will also be wearing masks at all times.  Since masks are mandatory we will not be able to perform any services that would require you to remove your mask. Unfortunately, to comply with the mandatory mask requirement there will be no beverage, candy or snack services offered. There will be a maximum of 4 stylists working at any time.  There will not be more than 10 people allowed in the salon at any given time. We will not be using the middle station on either side of the salon to allow for social distancing. While you are in the salon please be mindful and practice social distancing as much as possible.


If you would like to purchase any retail items please let your stylist know and they will be happy to get it for you. 

Sanitation and Disinfection

All equipment, tools and stations will be disinfected between each client.  There will also be hand sanitizer available throughout the salon for your use.  We recommend that you use hand sanitizer or wash your hands upon your entry to the salon.  The entire staff has been COVID-19 Barbicide Certified.  For more information regarding this certification please visit:

Moving Forward

There will be many challenges to this new way of operating.  One of the biggest is scheduling. Another is meeting all the criteria required by our county health department.  With limited occupancy, increased cleaning time and being unable to offer all services, in addition to the cost of PPE equipment and extra cleaning supplies, we will be raising prices for our services.  We hope that together we can navigate and adapt through all of these changes.  We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Please read the following waiver, then fill in the form below and click the submit button to agree to the terms of the waiver. ** Waiver must be submitted before your appointment.

Millennium Salon & Company, Inc. is doing everything we can to protect our clients, and our staff to help stop the spread of COVID-19. To this extent, we will be following the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and our local health department guidelines with regard to social distancing practices, face mask requirements and sanitation in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This will require our staff to maintain six (6) feet of distance between ourselves and you, the client, as much as possible in our salon. We will also be requiring this same procedure for client-to-client contact.  

Only the person receiving the service will be allowed in the salon unless, they require a caretaker.

Some services will be temporarily unavailable due to the mandatory mask/face covering requirement.

All tools, accessories, stations and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client. Staff will follow proper hand washing protocols between each client.

Millennium Salon requires everyone to wear a mask upon entering the salon, either surgical type masks or improvised masks such as scarves, bandannas, and handkerchiefs to reduce the risk of exposure to you and others. It is also required of everyone to either wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival of your appointment, after using the restroom, sneezing, or coughing.

If we all work together, we can stop the spread of this virus as well as other infectious diseases.
